Glasgow Park Run # 213 16th March 2013

Hamilton Gaynor and myself ran the Pollock Parkrun yesterday. It was a cold damp dreich morning but there was still a reasonable turnout. Hamilton gave me a good run for my money passing me at the start of the second lap before I passed him soon after and finishing in 20:53 with Hamilton in 21:23 and Gaynor in 23:37. My first parkrun in many a long month which has whet my appetite for more.
