Back to Victoria Park for a full-on effort at the parkrun. Pleased to report that I survived uninjured and the emergency brakes work for loose dogs.

18.00 exactly, one second outside my parkrun PB from 4 years ago.  Third place today (same as Jon last week), in amongst a good showing from the Paras.

Will ease into the hill racing soon.
