Glasgow Parkrun #245

Well it was cold, but not the freezing cold that Chris suffered at Vicky Park. Light rain coming down on us as per usual these days. Starting close to the sharp end, what was Semple thinking? Points, points, must get more points…….but that was Then……this is Now pal. Clearly got carried away at the start and could not hold it quite together. However, as always, making places on the downs – it’s merely momentum – well alright bit of effort, but so many seem to put the brakes on. Anyway, work to do,work to do, posting a 21.33.
