Tinto Hill Race Sat 9th Nov 2013

Results

Another fantastic days racing on Tinto Hill. The weather cleared following a freezing cold downpour prior to race start and stayed off for the duration. Yet again I struggled on the ascent but redeemed myself on the downhill having a ding dong with Dave Calder and Brian Brennan and managing to catch big Gus Bowman after the gate.

16 westie Guys and 3 Westie Wiimin completed the race with Owen who has stepped up a league this year placed 7th, Niall 11th and Young Gregor 18th.

Lots of proud faces when the SHR mugs were handed out as we feasted on noodle soup and crusty bread.
