TINTO 2014

Just a quick post to recognise the achievments of some Westies on Sat at a blustery but highly enjoyable Tinto race. Gordon McCaffrey got 1st v60, Gibby – 1st V70 and new kid on the block Deborah Stokoe got the 3rd senior lady prize and 4th lady overall. 

The westies male fast pack did well too with Owen 8th, young Sam 11th and Robert Simpson 13th, making them 3rd team behind the trotters and Carnethy, but beating Shettleston.

 Well done to everybody else who ran – i will leave it to some of the other westies competitors to fill in the gory details of the mid pack battles
