National XC Relays 26/10/2013
To finish off the cross country relay season Westies managed 4 teams male A&B and female A&B at Cumbernauld House Park. The best and toughest 4k course in my opinion but so enjoyable.
The girls set off first with Ellie Cat and Elizabeth team A and Gaynor and Claire team B, Sharon had to pull out sick. Get well soon Luv.
The guys A team were JD2 (13.45 wow) Chris Niall and Rod in an impressive sub 1 hour 58:26 and team B with new boy Grant fastest in 16:36 then JQ Don and Dave C.
Solid performances all round and another good social event.
