Results

My first Parkrun for more than 7 months, and with slightly sore calves after running the 10k last night.

Andrew Clark, Stuart MacDougall, Greg Hastie and Crispin Walsh all shot off at the start, so I found myself in around 5th / 6th place, running with a guy in green T-shirt (Simon Fraser). I overtook him on the first lap, but he got back in front, and I didn’t do quite enough as we fought our way through the mass of people walking at the back on lap 2 to catch him at the end. So I finished 6th, and 2 seconds slower than my last run in January.
