Glasgow Park Run event #128.

Going on holiday for a week and to keep the race fitness going I went along to the Glasgow park run this morning where conditions were almost perfect although a little muggy.

I kept my position through most of the race apart from swopping places with Brian Burnett and Carlos Gonzalez throughout. They both moved away from me with 1K to go but I retreived 5 places in the last 500 metres and felt really strong on the run in pipping 2 lads just before the finish line.
