This fast, furious and fun 7km was second counter in the Tour of Clydeside alliterative series on all this week.  Four varying laps up and down and around Dawsholm woods, continually changing course on the twisting paths meant there could be no let-up as you never knew who might be chasing you down.  I managed to hold them off and finished 8th having jumped my quarry on the last sharp climb.  Other Westies were there in other guises: Chris, Duncan R, David D as well as Ian T marshalling and his son racing.  Other races are still available, at Mugdock on Thursday and Bellahouston on Friday, and no doubt will be as well organised as this one.
