Last Saturday a good number of Westies took part in the Cioch Mhor Hill Race. It was an interesting race, a lot of it very runnable, with stiles to get over and a river crossing as well. My Dad wrote a race report for the 2015 race so I was nominated to write one for
Don, Sam and myself made it out to the Houston Road Relay on Saturday, with Sam doing the 1st and last leg as we didn’t get 4 runners out there. It’s nice out there around Houston, a bit hillier than I expected, with tree-lined winding roads. Sam ran the 4.4km in about 15 mins,

A quick note from the Westies northerly division (I’m actually so far north that I avoid paying membership fees, which is quite handy) to report on the Beinn Ratha Hill Race which was last weekend. Manny and myself ran in it in a very bright and sunny Caithness spring day. It was a nice race
