26th March 2011 After the interminable stream of organising emails the Campsie Canter got off to a flying start at just after 7am on a cold but dry Saturday morning. There was much excitement as the first runners warmed up and the teams made the final adjustments to their race plans, then they were off.

Urban Orienteering – 13 Dec

And now (as they say) for something completely different… The plan was for a moderately new format of a score orienteering event around the streets of Milngavie, but the heavy rain conspired to add a new dimension… The event became a score biathlon with many check points requiring the runners to negotiate deep water.
