Virgin London Marathon

Results

5 Westies completed yesterday’s Virgin London Marathon, of whom I think only 2 were virgin London Marathoners.

Conditions turned out to be hot and tiring, and my plan of running as slowly as possible, resulted in drifting just over 3 hours.

It was around 16 miles that Alan Gilkison came bouncing past, and Alan did well to dip under 3.

I didn’t see JQ or Graham, but the results suggest they must have both finished.
