urie loch hill race

went to arran for a nice wee sail and a not to long race.weather was warm but not as hot as sat.about a mile on

a track then onto a path up thro woods ,which was runable most of way,managed to pick of a couple of runners near top

over the ridge and onto urie loch were the heather was getting

longer over the moor to the forest ride which is a great decent and back onto path for more fast downhill and back round farm track to finish,which is new route and about a k longer.
