Was due to do the duathlon with usual old gits but both pulled out with age related injuries so Cat G offered and was i glad. Steff & Cat turned up and Cat was undecided so Steff was going to run & Cat was a spare runner but there was biker looking for a runner

ran the vets 10k at pollok park on sun ,good turn out. 2 1/2 laps vrry warm and lots of traffic,was stiff after sat but managed to get into asteady rythem right to end .nothing to bright but enjoed it 49.33

after weds run i thought i would do C T R and Pat & Ian showed up. it was a miserable day but turned into a nice night. with a big field the start was a bit jammed but soon settled down to steady running.had hoped to get to juntion before leaders but winner passed
