Islay Marathon

Since the club members who completed this seem too shy to write a report I thought I would put something up.

3 club members completed in the Islay Marathon on the 13th of April; Pauls, Murdo and Karine. While I think there was a slightly bigger marathon taking place down south that I believe may have taken one or two of the elites. The westies put in some excellent results. Pauls equalled Mo Farah’s positional PB at a marathon with an excellent 8th place finish. Karine had a great run to finish 2nd lady and Murdo finished in a strong 13th…
