Clydebank 10k

Pottered round the Clydebank 10k this evening. About 30ºC cooler than last year.

I started off ridiculously slowly, with the aim of catching lots of folk later on, but in fact apart from catching Owen after about 2km, I didn’t really make up many (or any) places.

Anyhow, I quite enjoyed just pootling round the course, and was pleased to get a shout from Cat with about 400 metres to go.  My time of 36:42 was about 15 seconds quicker than last week at Helensburgh, so at least a slight improvement.
