Clydebank 10k
After gradually whittling down my 10k times, I finally managed
to break the 40 minute barrier for the first time at the Polaroid
Clydebank 10k last night with a clock time of 39:25. The conditions were ideal with a relatively flat course and no wind to speak of (I had avoided the baked beans beforehand).
Up front, Robert Gilroy was doing well but no match for the 3
Shettleston Eritreans, the winner finishing with an amazing
time of 29:37.
