JULY CURRY NIGHT REVIEW

The consensus of all 15 of us was that this was a pretty good choice by the Social Sec. A great range of curries, and not just the usual suspects, but plenty of never seen before enticing curries, and plenty veggie options. And they tasted just as good as they read on the menu, though the Dhaal some of us had was a bit more soup-like than I would have preferred.Jugs of sweet and mango lassi washed it all down, and all for only £18 a head – not bad. And Muffy threw in a bit of belly-dancing for free – well that’s what it looked looked to Dave at the other end of the table! All in all, maybe an 8 out of 10 – what do the rest of you think?
