Famous Five Frolic

Lovely evening for a frolic with the famous five….Jamie, JD, JQ, Elizabeth and Paula. We set off from Auchinstarry along the trail (not the canal for a change). The stars were out and the evening was ideal for running. We went over Barr Hill then Croy Hill to the bottom where we met the path and decided we had enjoyed it so much we would do it again! So back over Croy Hill then Barr Hill (Elizabeth was late for her dinner by this point…sorry Neill). A few sight seeing stops on the way. Paula was singing Elizabeth’s praises for coaching her up all the hills and generally supporting. 1 hour 45 min of good effort, great mud and excellent company.
