Ben Lomond Hill Race 2019
Committing cyber hate crimes against the IAAF.
I’ll admit that I got a bit of a shock coming round the corner to see the race setting off without me.
The question that was going through my mind, the question that, frankly, is more deserving of an answer is:
WHY DID THE DUMYAT HILL RACE START AT 06.55?!
I think James just wanted to display his impeccable manners and excellent running form to the hoi polloi of Scottish hill running. I saw him pushing his way through the wall with such earnest apologies that nobody seemed in the slightest bit annoyed and at least 90% of runners will have had the pleasure seeing him bound up the hill. I think James should start more races late and give us all a treat.
Manners costs nothing – that’s what I was taught.
