Meet at Cardross Road, Helensburgh (What3Words ///volume.nails.debut). 7pm ready to run and 6.45pm for the Alties (slower group). The route is mostly on trails.
Each runner must carry waterproof body cover, hat, gloves, a whistle, a head torch (spare batteries), a fully charged mobile phone with the run leader’s number (get it on the night). Depending on the weather, terrain, and duration of the run try to ensure that you have enough food/fluids/spare layers.
