World Masters Telfes Austria

We did this yesterday prior to a trek in the Stubai. 7.2k 750 metres of ascent. Quite a steep start but all runnable through the woods felt happier when I could walk/run further up great support from the locals on the hill, fantastic views of the Stubai Alps from the finish point then great freshly cooked pastries and a lift down in the gondola. We met Helene Whittaker/diamentidias and John Brooks at the party afterwards.

Sheila 8 the out of 18 in her age group including a Carnethy scalp.

I was 12th out of 43 in mine.

A great event and next year it is in Wales.
