An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Monday, repeating until 27 August 2018

As most people are racing hard most weekends the plan for reps over the next 2 months is to do shorter reps with longer recovery between reps. I will also throw in a few technique and balance drills during reps to help with peoples recovery.
