Richard Burton 10k (Cwmafon)

The Richard Burton 10k, Cwmafon (near Port Talbot) attracted a pretty good field of perhaps 400, despite being hilly enough to be a fell race, and (or should that be including) Naomi, who did a huge PB in her 3rd 10k to come home in 48.10 or thereabouts.
