You’ve got to start somewhere, with no training & no excuses as Manny was on Maisy duty thought I better give this race a go. It was a bit cool to start with but I knew after 10 mins I would be red & puffing away. By the time I reached the top of the hill, the jacket, gloves & hat were on as it was chucking down, windy & very cold but only for a short time, then the sun came out until I finished. A few Westies turned out for this one.

Dave R, JD, Brian, Kevin, Alan & myself were running. Rhona was cheering us on.
