Lock 27 Handicapped Time trial.
1. Submit your estimated 5k time in advance of the run. Details via club email before the event.
2. First runner will start at 6:45pm.
3. Headtorch advised as it will be getting dark.
4. Small prizes for the winner and the person who runs closest to their handicap time.
5. The course is just under 5k so your handicap based on the time you submit will reflect this.
6. Option for food and drinks at Lock 27 post run.
