Kenmore Games- Bonnyman rules OK

Last year Brian Bonnyman won the Kenmore Games hill race and he defended this title tonight with some style, overhauling Adrian Davis and Ian Anderson on the climb, establishing a good lead which he held to win by well over a minute in 33:11. First Lady was Lisa Blackley and her kids and the Bonnyman children walked off with some serious cash from their winnings in their own races at the games. Using all my local Knowledge, I.e. cheating by cutting corners, I was about 10 minutes behind BB the younger, who had the cheek to complain of a sore rib affecting his performance after easily winning the race. A lovely sunny night with a pleasant breezemade this race much more pleasant than normal and the large crowd seemed to enjoy themselves. Tom Bowie has had some recent heart problems but successfully completed the course and enjoyed his run, good to see him back.
