Screel Hill race
Leaving torrential rain and sleet in Glasgow didn't really seem like a good idea at the time, particularly for a mamoth four hour round trip to run a tiny wee four mile race, but in the end it was a good decision.
The weather was actually warm, with clear views (according to Cat who apparently stopped to admire the views and pick some flowers) and there was a decent turnout of over 40 runners.
The course was a bloody nightmare with lots of small, jutty, wet rock mixed with dark forest and tree roots grabbing at your feet. I'm glad I finished in one piece.
One to avoid unless you like dancing instead of running.
