CHRISTMAS DINNER - FINAL CALL
Come on you lot! We need a minimum of 7 more now, otherwise we have to allow the restaurant to take other bookings for "our" night, and we

I have booked us a lovely sounding place for Saturday
10th December, 7.30 for 8:-
Fanny Trollope's Cafe &
Bistro, 1066 Argyle Street.
We are getting the whole place (which seats @50) to ourselves,
but for that privilege we have to guarantee them 40 dinners. Accordingly the
price will vary depending on final numbers, but will be £30-£32 approx. That
gets you 3 courses plus tea/coffee & home-made tablet. It is BYOB for which
there will be a corkage charge of £3 for wine. I will send full menu details
later but there is turkey, steak, venison, fish and a veggie option all of which
sound very good. The place is nice and cosy, the chef was very friendly and they
have had pretty good reviews.
They need to know final numbers 4 weeks beforehand, so I am
setting a deadline of 10th November for deposits of
£10 to get to me. After that and you're too late.

Can ASHDA come ? (A Shettleston Harrier Dedicated Athlete) as long as the ASHDA is not subjected to any UAFCM (unessessary abuse from club members).
