anyone know what happened to lee richardson in his unaccounted 7 minutes in the mist. was this the legendary kilpatricks triangle or just another roadie lost out the hills.

Yeah, roadies and mist aren't usually a good combination but it wasn't really that misty. Think the big man took the scenic tour of Loch Humphrey!

Some suggested rules. One, since this is a hill race, nae overtaking on the final road section. This applies especially to Westies Wummin who must respect the Westy Code: "Age before beauty!". Second, when Blair falls over in his slippy sannies, could he keep lying down?! Third, I wasn't looking for a running pal - I was checking my heels for lift! Bah Humbug!

Just been released from the Southern General Penitentiary in time for more torture - Scotland v Moldova!A simple trip on the Greenside reservoir track ended me up in A&E then the operating theatre and 3 days of hospital food (and a 3 day detox!). Among all the mud and bog there is one relic of the old fence above ground and I managed to impale my knee on it so needed a bit of repair work and removal of lots of rusty 'shrapnel'. Probably won't be able to do Glamaig but when I mentioned the apres-race ceilidh the surgeon vetoed it!Special thanks to the marshal at the dam and Ian (Murphy?) who collected me from Cochno.Ironically I was enjoying the race after the initial humid uphill work and looking forward to the run over The Slacks and a welcome beer afterwrds. Good news is that I may be able to have beer (in moderation of course) to wash down the cocktail of antibiotics, anti-inflammatories and painkillers.P.S. to Manny - I didn't have mobile phone with me but luckily I was close to a marshalling point. If it had happened half a mile earlier my whistle might not have been much good!

Have the results been lost to the sands of time or will they appear online at some point??

    Dear P,

You will have to get in touch with the organiser. Remember this isn't a Westerlands race. If we get a hold of the results, they will appear on this site somewhere.

Chaz, I tried phoning Chris to get times (or rather, my time) but no reply. Even Blair wouldn't tell me his time! Is there a results blackout, like the mist which enveloped the runners?
