Quick report on yet another successful Westies production. Another record entry (121 senior entries + 8 under 15's), a muddier-than-ever trail, diverted because of the coos, one runner stretchered off with crocked ankle, fantastic weather again (3rd year on the trot) and team prize going to Bellahouston Road Runners, who surely won't mind being mentioned on our website on this occasion???

Great support from lots of people, including Charlie, John D, Liz, Drew, Muffy, Isabel, Pat, Liz, Catriona, Margaret, Fiona, Elsie, Don,Keith, Hon Big Al, Helen, Trossachs Search & Rescue. Thanks to everyone.

Two issues to think about for next year. Parking is a bit of a problem, prompting a visit by the polis. And, with so many runners, how do we speed up the prizegiving. Any suggestions?
