Mud Mud Mud, bog, water, and then some more mud! I think the farmer has marched his herd of coo's right round the whole race route a couple of times and nicely churned it to bits, in a big Al Campbell perverse sort of way. Worst I've ever seen it and barring a heat wave in the next few weeks, it wiil make for a squelcher of a race on the 27th - wear yir wellies!

Quote from the race info section -"It's never too steep or boggy or rough enough to justify walking ..."Should be fun for anyone doing the race in road shoes. No grip in the mud, losing shoes in the bogs and sliding down the slimy, egg-shell covered finish slope!
