Chapelgill Hill Race 2005
Another beautiful sunny day like Bishop Hill but about two seasons warmer. Good turnout of Westies (10 runners) and and a lot of brown shirts too - probably something to do with Dixter's party. Good race for spectators too as the first two were split by only one second. There were others tussles going on - Dave Rogers managed to deck a rival just before the line (probably accidental) and there was a blatant tackle on Pat by Dixter but no disqualification. Manny was first Westie back still complaining about another mountain biking injury. Good juniors race as well by all accounts so hopefully a report from Don's kids.
