JANUARY CURRY NIGHT
Happy New Year to all Westies, I hope you all had a great Christmas and Hogmanay and all the best for 2005.
This Wednesday 5th January will see the 1st Westies curry night of 2005 take place at The Spice of Life, 1293 Argyle Street, G3 8TL usual time of 9pm. Meet beforehand at a pub called "Goat"(so says CC) which is nearby. See you all there.

Ten of us - me, Drew, Margaret, Katherine, Jon, Charlie, Trevor, Dave, Catriona, David - enjoyed a fine curry. A few hours before we managed to miss the worst of the weather and had a cracker of a run through the wet woods and clatty canal paths to build up a good hunger.
