Bristol AC Winter Series 5k
A short sharp blast along a cyclepath in the dark.
The was preceded by a minute's silence in respect of a guy (Steve Jones) who dropped dead after crossing the line at the last of the Summer Series.
Took it steady to the turnaround bollard before starting to reel a few in. Cruised past 3 in the final kilometre and had 2 more in my sights, but ran out of tarmac. Fellow BAE Systems employee Phil Parry won the race.
