Allan Scally Memorial Relay
1984
Well we all know who Allan Scally is now, thanks to the offishul presentation where we had to thank the cleaners, janitors and fishuls. Allan Scally ran in the 1920's. He was Shettleston Harriers, who beat us today as well as well as a few other teams and dare I say it the dreaded Boggies. Allan Scally was the offishul world professional 10 miles champion for Shettleston Harriers. I suppose in the same way that Sheridan was for Westerlands for the past near decade.
Next week the Bill Sheridan Memorial race.
