Apologies for not turning out again! Unfortunately I'm seven time zones away in Colorado (altitude training for the Nevis Race) but by coincidence I did do my own smaller version of Dumgoyne and Earl's Seat last night. Although only about 7-800 feet above Golden (5800ft), Castle Rock and South Table Mountain gave a very pleasant evening run (except for the ankle biting cacti. Sorry no action shots but there is a picture onhttp://www.mines.edu/tour/webcam/nph-cam2_zoom.shtmlP.S. the Black W will be featuring in the conference 5K run tonight.
