leg6&7
Leg 6&7 Bridge of Orchy-Kingshouse-Kinlochleven: Had just finished changing and getting ready when I looked up to see Blair sprinting towards the bridge.Set off in bright sunshine which lasted until the white corries, when it started to get a bit overcast and cooler. reached the Kingshouse in 1.26, gulped down a pint of ginger beer that charlie had got me, then headed off again. Flew up the devils staircase, and was going well at this point, but as soon as I started to descend, began to get twinges of cramp in both legs, so ended up having a pretty lousy descent (no change there). Into KLL in one piece but was almost run down yards before the finish as a car passing from behind missed me by inches - Cheers Charlie- finishing in 1.22. Then it was a quick can of beer and a mars bar before heading off to the Fort to watch JD take the team home in 7th place.

Yes,
An enjoyable day out had by all and many a thirst quenching beer in the Fort afterwards. Thanks to Jethro and Malcolm for organising things.
ps Mmh, two S.H.I.T.'s run the road from B. to R. and save themselves at least 15 minutes -- They beat the Boggies by about 10 minutes into the Fort -- me thinks perhaps the Boggies should have been 1st !!!
