SATURDAY - Ingleborough Inter-County Championships at Ingleton, Yorkshire

Tacked onto Ingleton sports day. A not very pleasant thrash up and back along a stony track. Was quite surprised to see Tracey and Mark from Carnethy there, plus Stewart Simpson from Ochils. Managed to beat Mark and Stuart to the top, but they both quickly caught me on the way down. Got beaten fairly and squarely by 2 women - Tracey Brindley (1st) and Louise Sharpe, who both cheated by running ALL the way up.
Top men were Rob Jebb, Andy Peace and Mark Roberts. Yorkshire won the men's prize; Cumbria got the women's.
