FRA's - Saturday, October the 18th
Hi Folks,
Names to me please ASAP if you fancy a run at the FRA's which are being held at Church Stretton this year, that's about 20 / 30 miles west of Birmingham, for the geographically challenged among us. Despite this relative proximity to a major conurbation, I had a nice little walk here last year and the area is beautiful with cracking wee hills, I'm sure Crispin will vouch for this.
The relay will be the usual format of four legs; solo(short), pair(medium), pair(medium navigation), solo(short), and depending on the response, we can sort teams nearer the time.
The date is Saturday, October the 18th, with a 10.30am start time.
