Run (no race!) report - the annual Muffy and Tony Brig o Turk (Glen Finglass) run on Saturday
2 hours 32 minutes - a new pw and ph (personal hottest).
No photos, thankfully. We were not a pretty sight.
Moral: do not start a long run on hottest day of the year at 11 am ... get out of bed earlier!
