Westies Ben Nevis Successes
Further to some sparkling individual performances at The Ben in a high class field, an excellent turn out from Westies brought home a third team placing. Westies came in as 3rd team behind the local Ben experts (Lochaber in 2nd) and probably the strongest team in the UK just now (Bingley in 1st). This reflects a strong turnout and improving athletes across the Westies board. In addition to this Murdo is due a prize as the 100th runner home. Well done everybody including supporters.
