Strathclyde Parkrun #80
5th November 2011
Ran my second Strathclyde Parkrun yesterday in exactly 20 mins dead. 6 seconds outside my PB for this run. I don't know why, but although this run is completely flat my times in the Pollock parkrun are always faster. It may be the downhill sections at Pollock that allow you to pick up speed. Food for thought. Any way , a top ten finish for an old guy is good enough for me. 1 winter league point please Chris. Thank you.

Looks like you save your best form for relays and cross-country! I'm sure you could break 20 if you ran as well as you have in the recent team events.
