Glasgow parkrun # 132 - 23 July 2011
Ran the Glasgow Pollock Parkrun this morning on a glorious sunny morning along with a great turnout of 330 entrants.
Ran 19:55 outside my pb of 19:33 which I was pleased with post holiday.
Only other Westie was Samuel Cohn who ran a 21:35.
The parkrun is off in 2 weeks time as it is the Pollock Park Family Day.

I'm glad to see these Parkruns are catching on - I've done Strathclyde a couple of times, and they've recently started new ones in Falkirk and Inverness too...
... but what part of the phrase 'park family day' has prompted them to cancel a popular and well-established fun run?
