Helensburgh 10k
The opening race in the 25th Polaroid 10k Series.
I hadn't run a 10k in ages, so my only plan was to see if I could keep Paul Thompson and Niall vaguely within sight, and then perhaps close them down a bit towards the end.
After a couple of km, Paul and Niall were almost out of sight, but I kept working and got a second wind around 8km that took me past 5 runners, and almost closed Niall down at the finish. Well done to the other Westies who ran.

Well done Westies, good times there and good to see plenty of Westies participating.
