Lock 27 Time Trial, Summer 2010

A great turnout for the Summer time trial at Lock 27. We had a beautiful evening and some good runs. Three new PBs (Robert, Alistair, Jangbu Sherpa). Expert handicapping meant everyone was back within a 2 minute slot with first back Ellen, just 37s off a PB after a long lay off with injury (watch that space) - Pat was also just 12s off a PB. Helen put an amazing run in after charging in by bike at the last second (is this duathlon or triathlon training Helen!?) and again was not too far away from a PB.
Great to see you all - next TT is October.
Next Monday (19th July) is the last reps session before summer hols.
Reps start again (gently) in Sept.
