Ben Lomond Jog
12th December 2009
A mere three Westies turned up on a cold winter day for an easy jog up Ben Lomond. This run was Ellie's suggestion, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea as the weather conditions were perfect for a cloud inversion, which we duly got, and a Brocken spectre too. Ellie must be one of the few people I know who could reach the summit in little over an hour while feeling terrible, so well done to our Captainess for sticking it out. David Riach and I spent a while admiring the views before the team made a gentle descent back to colder climes.

Looks great Johnston. I was out in the Ochils today and had a similar stunner of a day. Photos here http://www.flickr.com/photos/westiesjohn/sets/72157622868619107/detail/

The worst days on the hill are still better than the best days in the office - not that I had a particularly stunning day working when I should have been running...
