Meikle Bin, Friday 24th July
Westerlands men Mott and Orr enjoyed ideal running conditions and great views from the summit on this clear summer's evening run up Meikle Bin. A steady ascent commenced at the conventional start point opposite the wind farm at Todholes, taking the most direct tracks to the top, and the same route was used for the leisurely jog down. A fine way to end the week.

Don't worry Dave, you should be back in your element next week with the post-industrial backdrop to the Tour of Clydeside!
