kirroughtree duathlon
Was due to do the duathlon with usual old gits but both pulled out with age related injuries so Cat G offered and was i glad. Steff & Cat turned up and Cat was undecided so Steff was going to run & Cat was a spare runner but there was biker looking for a runner so we swaped over and Cat ran with me. S had a good run and finished 11th and Cat also had a great run, i did my usual and managed to finish last, sorry Cat, Keith did both run and bike and did well. Margaret and rest gave me a great reception for being last. We all had a great day in the sun. Thanks Cat. DT
