Bellahouston 4k Cross Country
27th January 2008
Once again I was the only Westie to make the long journey south of the river to Bellahouston Park for the Scottish Athletics National 4k Cross Country. The men's race was won by Alastair Hay of Central AC in 12:18. The women's race was won by Freya Murray of Edinburgh AC in 14:27.
I managed the 2 muddy laps of Bellahouston Park in 14:24 for 40th position, and 2nd V40.
